Fair Donation

Dear Parents,
The Sha Tin College & Junior School Fair is an annual fundraising and community event jointly sponsored by Sha Tin College PTSA and Sha Tin Junior PTA. The funds raised are used to support student activities, improve school environment and contribute to the local society through a number of charity donations. Parents, teachers, school staff and students are working hard behind the scene to make this event a success.
Our theme this year is SUPER HEROES! Don’t forget to mark your family’s calendar for Saturday, 19 November, 2016.
We invite you to come and help in any of the following ways:
General Donation
  • Cash Donation (By cheque made payable to “Sha Tin College Parent Teacher Association Ltd”)
  • Small Prizes for games stalls (e.g. new stationery items/ small toys)
  • General and Toys for selling on school stall (new Items or Samples)
  • 2nd Hand Books (Send into school from Monday 14th November to Friday 18th November)
  • 2nd Hand Uniform (clean and in good condition)
Home Baked or Home Cooked Food Donations 
  • Cakes / Cup Cakes / Muffins / Cookies
  • Pies / Tarts
  • Chinese
  • Indian
  • Japanese
  • Korean
  • Pilipino
  • Thai

Volunteer on the Day

Please complete this form and submit it either to Sha Tin College PTSA (Fax: 2695 0592,pta@shatincollege.edu.hk) or Sha Tin Junior PTA (Fax: 2697 4070, pta@sjs.esf.edu.hk).  Cheques can be sent to the respective school’s PTA Coordinators. We will contact you closer to the date and let you know when and how to drop off the other items, and details regarding volunteer arrangements.
