Year 13 Parent Consultation Evening bookings via Gateway
Date of Parent Evening: Tuesday 29th November 2016
Dear Parents/Guardians
You are invited to attend the Year 13 Parent Consultation Evening, where you will have the opportunity to meet and consult with teaching staff to discuss your son/daughter’s progress. The students are also welcome to attend.
Appointments will be made by parents through the Gateway online booking system.
Beginning Thursday 17th November 12:00 pm, you can make appointments to see your child’s teachers via the Parent Consultation module in the Gateway.
The booking system will close at 4:00 pm on Thursday 24th November 2016. Please refer to the screenshot on the second page of this letter to help you with where to find bookings within Gateway.
You are advised to bring the confirmed appointment listing with you on Tuesday 29th November 2016. This can be printed via Gateway.

If you have any difficulties logging in to or using the Gateway please email our support desk at gatewaysupport@shatincollege.edu.hk
Please note that the consultations will be taking place in the classrooms along the third floor corridor, the Senior School Centre and the Library and Learning Centre. A map will be provided on the evening showing the locations of all the teachers. Please bear this in mind when making your appointments as you may need more time between them to move around teachers and locations.
