PTSA School Bus Application for Aug 2017 – Jan 2018 (Deadline 4th Aug 2017)

Dear Parents/Guardians of students joining Sha Tin College in August 2017.
A warm welcome to all parents and students who are joining the STC community in August 2017!
For academic 2017/18, Citybus Limited will continue to be the school bus service provider, we have taken the decision to collect the bus fees twice a year by pre-payment, i.e. in the first half of the school year and second half of the school year. The school bus fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please refer to the attached bus routes and fees for information.
If you would like your child (children) to join the PTSA school bus service for the first half of the school year (Aug 2017 – Jan 2018), please download the attached application form, complete it and submit it with the appropriate documents to the PTSA Office on or before 4th Aug 2017.  Kindly take note that places are limited, so priority will be given to those students who have paid the bus fees with complete documents.
Please also take note that :
  • Normal school bus service will only start on Wednesday 16th August 2017.
  • On Tuesday, 15th August, school buses will run at normal hours in the morning, but it will leave school at 12:45 for students in all year groups except Years 10, 12 and 13 who will make their own way home. Kindy refer to the letter regarding start-of-year arrangements sent earlier.
