Government Student Grant Scheme – Application Procedures

Dear Parents and Guardians,

I am writing to follow-up on the email you received from ESF last week about the Government Student Grant Scheme. Click here to see the letter.

ESF has made arrangements with the Education Bureau to enable ESF parents/guardians to make an application for the grant. Parents/guardians should follow the steps below:

1. From Monday 20 January, log in to the Gateway to access the Student Grant Application Form.
2. Download and print out the application form which is already pre-printed with your child’s details and with the ESF stamp.
3. Check if all the student details are correct, then complete the remainder of the form.
4. Remember to sign the form, and submit the completed, hardcopy form to the Reception at Sha Tin College by Monday 10 February. DO NOT send the form to ESF Centre or the Education Bureau directly.
