Gateway Changes

Dear Parents and Guardians,

The purpose of this email is to inform you that colleagues at ESF Centre have made some changes to the Medical Report section of Gateway.

You may have received an email before Chinese New Year from Jonathan Straker, ESF Head of Student Support, asking that you update your child’s medical information.  You need to verify your child’s existing medical conditions and/or update their condition with any changes.  Please follow the steps below:

1. Log in to Gateway: https://tg.esf.edu.hk/
2. Go to Admin > Change Request, and open the Medical Information Form of your child;
3. If you need to update or correct the information, please make changes on the form directly;
4. Upon completion of the process, click “Submit” whether or not you have made any changes, and we will know that the information has been verified or updated.
