Food Design Trip to Hotel Icon
At the end of August, Year 11 students had the exciting opportunity to visit Hotel Icon as part of their Food Preparation and Nutrition GCSE course. The focus was on food presentation, and Executive Pastry Chef Danny Ho, showed students how to create and present a strawberry dessert. This experience will help students in the non-examined assessment (NEA2) which they undertake later this term.
