Years 10/11 – Subject Selection Form

Dear Year 9 Students and Parents

Today I have sent students a google form to make their final optional subject choices for study in Years 10/11.

Please complete this form to secure choices for study of optional subjects in Years 10/11. You must complete all questions.

Please submit no later that Tuesday 23 March 2021.

Please be reminded that:

• You can only choose ONE subject from each group
• You cannot choose a combination of ‘Art, Craft and Design’ and ‘Textiles’ – only one can be chosen.
• You cannot choose a combination of ‘Resistant Materials’ and ‘Graphic Products’ and ‘Engineering’ – only one of these can be chosen

Once choices have been submitted and checked, further correspondence will be sent to confirm your choices – students and parents will be asked to sign to verify the choices made next term.
