CIS Community Survey – November 2018

Dear Parents and Guardians,

As part of our school re-accreditation process for CIS/WASC (Council of International Schools & Western Association of Schools and Colleges) we need to undertake a Self-Study. To prepare for this, we require parents/guardians to complete an anonymous online CIS Community Survey. CIS require a high response rate, so we appreciate your support in helping us to achieve those high expectations.

We would ask that the survey be completed by Monday 26th November. We will then instruct CIS to begin data processing.

Instructions from CIS

This survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. It is important that you finish the entire survey.

If you want to complete your response at a later time, you can click “Save and continue later” at the top-right of the survey and provide your email address. Use the same internet browser on the same computer to finish the survey.

Data Privacy

Your survey response is anonymous. We collect demographic information for research purposes, and to help schools better understand survey results. We take many steps to ensure that your identity is protected.
