Year 7 Parents’ Consultation Evening bookings via Gateway

Dear Parents/Guardians

You are invited to attend this Parents’ Consultation on Tuesday, 24^th November 2015 where you will have the opportunity to meet and consult with teaching staff to discuss your son/daughter’s progress.

Beginning Monday, 16^th November (at 12pm), you can make the appointment to see members of staff you would particularly like to meet via the Gateway Parent Consultation module. You will be able to make appointments up until 12pm on November 23^rd when the bookings will be closed. Please refer to the following link for instructions on how to do this.

Instructions on how to use the Parent Consultation module

Please note that in Year 7, teachers can share classes. Where this is the case only one of the teachers will be available on the evening, although they will have discussed the students’ needs prior to the consultation. As a result you will only have the attending teacher visible during the signup process in Gateway. 

You are advised to bring the confirmed appointment listing with you on 24^th November. This can be printed via Gateway.
