Year 7 Parent Information Evening, Thursday 8th September. 6.00pm-7.30pm

Dear Year 7 Parents and Guardians,

I am writing to invite you to an Year 7 Information Evening in school on Thursday 8th September from 6.00-7.30pm.  The event will begin in the Senior School Centre at Sha Tin College which is on the third floor of the building. During the information evening, you will be welcomed by the Principal Marc Morris and other members of senior staff. After that you will be given details about the upcoming Year 7 CAS Week (3rd October-7th October 2016). From around 6.30pm, you will then have an opportunity to meet your child’s Tutor in their tutor room. Here you will be given details about the students’ daily life in Sha Tin College, covering topics such as the timetable, student absence, home learning and what to do if there are any concerns. You will also be able to ask any questions that have not yet been addressed.

If you are able to attend the information evening please confirm your attendance via email with  Ms Lia Ali, the Lower School Administrator, by Friday 2nd September. Please inform her how many will attend at this email address below:

Please remember that there is limited parking at the College so, if possible, try to travel here using public transport.
