Year 13 Graduation Ceremony and Ball
Dear Parents and Students,
As you are aware, we have been monitoring the current situation in Hong Kong in relation to the Year 13 Graduation Ceremony and Graduation Ball. Our aim is for these events to take place so we can celebrate, together and in person, this milestone in the student’s lives. In order to do this, we have made the decision to reschedule these events. The new dates are as follows:-
The Graduation Ceremony will be taking place at 6pm on Monday 8 June 2020 at Sha Tin College. Please note the students will be needed from 12pm onwards for lunch, some farewells, tutor group photographs and rehearsals
The Graduation Ball will be taking place at 7pm on Friday 12 June at the Kerry Hotel.
We realise that this may not be a suitable date for some students and families and apologise for any disappointment caused, but we had very limited options available to us.
If your child has not yet submitted the payment for these events we would be grateful if we could have full payment($1,000) by Friday 8 May. Please return this payment (payable to Sha Tin College) to Mrs. Slater/Ms. Law with your child’s name and form marked on the back of the cheque along with the completed reply slip below. It can be hand-delivered to the security guards at Sha Tin College or sent in the mail.
