Year 13 End of Term Arrangements
Dear Parents & Guardians,
As the final day for Year 13 approaches there are a few details I would like to draw your attention to.
As per tradition, the Year 13 students will be allowed to come to school in fancy dress each day next week. I’m sure you are aware that they have been busy planning their themes for each day! Thursday 29th March will be an opportunity for the whole school to join in celebrating with the Year 13s as they finish at Sha Tin College and begin to prepare for the next phase in their lives.
The day will take the format of a parade by the Year 13s which will pass through the school with all the other students looking on and then breakfast will be provided for the Year 13 students. This will be an opportunity for the students to socialise with their friends, tutors and teachers. Following this we will have a final assembly in the SSC and look back on the student’s time at Sha Tin College. The final assembly will finish around 12.15pm. At this time students will be expected to leave school.
Please note that for the week April 16th to April 20th teachers will be available in normal lesson time to provide any revision guidance, help or advice. If students wish to come in to school to meet with their teachers during this time, when they arrive at school they should sign in at reception as well as swipe in with their Octopus cards.
The students have worked very hard over the last two years towards the very challenging IB diploma and we wish them all the best in their final revision and the best of luck for the examinations in May.
Best Regards
