Year 11 Graduation Ball 2016

Dear Parents/ Guardians,

It is a tradition at Sha Tin College that, at the end of Year 11, we celebrate this milestone of the students’ efforts and achievements with a formal ball.

It is our pleasure to announce that the 2016 Year 11 Graduation Ball will be held on the evening of Thursday, 21^st April at The Mira Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui. It promises to be an excellent evening and we hope that all Year 11 students will be able to attend, along with many of their teachers. It will consist of a buffet dinner, live performances from student bands and an opportunity to say formal farewells to teachers and friends.

The cost of the ball is $640, which is fully inclusive. To confirm attendance, please complete the form below and return it to Ms Allie Cho in the Middle School Office no later than Wednesday 17^th February 2016, together with a non-refundable cheque for HK$640 made payable to ‘Sha Tin College’.  We would be grateful if you could write your son/daughter’s name and tutor group on the back of the cheque.  Please note we only accept payment via a cheque.

This is always an enjoyable and memorable evening for students and we hope that students are looking forward to it.
