Sha Tin College Uniform Fitting Session
Dear Year 6 Parents and Guardians,
We hope your children are really excited about joining Sha Tin College in August. The details below will provide you with information on how to order the Sha Tin College uniform. Please read it carefully and note the date for an optional uniform fitting and ordering session.
For the coming school year, the Sha Tin College uniform may be ordered online from mid-June. To help with the correct fit, we will be holding an optional uniform fitting morning on Saturday June 15th at Sha Tin Junior School so children can try on samples of the uniform and so parents/guardians can place orders for delivery to their home address in early August. Please note that the online retailer has a sizing guide if you cannot make the optional fitting morning and they also have a store in Lai Chi Kok if you prefer that option. Sha Tin College PTSA will be selling House swim suits on that morning also.
Fitting and ordering will take place in the Sha Tin Junior School Hall commencing from 9.00 a.m. Please be aware that there may be some waiting time. Staff from the uniform supplier will do their best to assist everyone in a timely manner. However, we recommend that you allow sufficient time and do not schedule important appointments that morning, in case of delay.
Some important points to note:

Each child must be accompanied by an adult.

Ordering can take place on the day.

Payment for school uniform online purchase is by electronic means only – credit cards and PayPal. No cash or cheque payments. Accepted credit cards are Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

Cash only for the purchase of swim suits on the day at the Sha Tin College PTSA stall.

All orders placed by the end of June will be guaranteed delivery in early August. Orders placed after June will be filled according to availability of stock and delivery cannot be guaranteed. To avoid disappointment, please make sure your order is placed online by the end of June 2019.
