Reminder: Year 11 Textbook Return, Locker Clearance and Accounts Backup

Dear Parents and Guardians,

I am writing to remind all Senior School Students of Year 11 to return all the school-owned textbooks and library books (if any), as well as clear their lockers by 18th June 2021 (Friday) at the latest.

Please take your child’s temperature prior to sending them to school. If their temperature is above 37.5°C, they MUST remain at home. All students entering the campus MUST be wearing a mask. Upon arrival, they will have their temperature taken.

All textbooks should be returned to the Resource Office (Room 101A) and library books should be returned to the School Library. Students will need to bring their school Octopus card. Please note that students must return the same copy of each book which was originally allocated to them in reasonable condition.

Following this date students may be sent an invoice to cover the costs of any unreturned books. These could be either lost, returned damaged or incorrect books. For leavers, the book deposit refund will be processed after the school has received the books.

Please note that all Year 11 students must have successfully returned all their books or paid any outstanding bills before being able to register successfully in the forthcoming academic year if they will continue studying at Sha Tin College.

For leavers, please make sure you have finished backup for all accounts before 25th June, further instruction can be found here.
