PTSA School Bus Application for February – June 2019

Dear Parents/Guardians and Students,

If you would like to join the PTSA school bus service for the second half of the year (February 2019 – June 2019), please kindly download the attached form, complete it and send it to the PTSA Office on or before Friday 25th January 2019. The bus routes and fees are also attached for your reference. Places will be given in the order applications were received.

Please be aware that the school bus service will be started on Friday 1st February 2019.
