Post-16 Exhibition Evening – Thursday 24th October 2019

Dear Y11 Parents/Guardians and Students,

Sha Tin College will host its annual Y11 Options Evening (Post-16 Exhibition Evening) on Thursday 24th October 2019 from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. Students, parents and guardians will have the opportunity to learn more about the learning pathways for senior students including the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) and the IB Career-related Programme (IBCP). The evening will start at 5.30pm in the Hall, with a 30-minute presentation to provide parents, guardians and students with a general overview. Subject specialists will then be available for more specialised questions and inquiries in the Gym, Hall and Senior School Area. There will also be light refreshments served hall.

Please spend some time with your child to read the Year 12 and 13 Curriculum brochure and discuss the various options available prior to the evening. A hard copy of the brochure will be given to your child but you can always look at the soft copy available on our website here.

A purpose of the evening is to offer you the chance to ask questions regarding your child’s Y12/13 learning pathway and option choices. There will be a large number of people available on the evening, including members of the Senior Leadership Team, Heads of Department, subject specialist teachers, and student ambassadors from the Senior School.
