Explorer Available for Sale Starting Tuesday 19th June

Dear Parents and Guardians,

We are pleased to announce that ‘The Explorer’ will be on sale starting Tuesday 19th June at the ‘White House’ during lesson breaks, with the exception of 21st June when the White House will only be engaged in processing textbook return.

To ensure your child gets a copy, please remind him/her to make the purcahse as soon as possible. The sale will be on a ‘first-come-first served’ basis while stock lasts.

The price of the Explorer is HK$300 per copy and students can pay by student Octopus cards only. So kindly ensure your/your child’s Octopus card is sufficiently topped up to allow enough money for purchase.

Students or parents/friends of Year 11 and Year 13 students picking up the pre-order copy

Year 11 and Year 13 students who are picking up your pre-ordered copies, please be reminded to bring your pre-order slips to ensure speedy collection.

Parents/friends who are picking up the pre-order copy on behalf of your child /friend in Year 11 and/or Year 13, kindly bring along his/her order receipt and student Octopus card. If they haven’t left their receipt or Octopus card with you, please ask them to send you an email copy authorising you to pick it up on their behalf. Please present the authorisation notice to staff when you pick up the yearbook.

Parents /friends of Year 11 and Year 13 students making the purchase

If you are buying the yearbook on behalf of your child/friend in Year 11 and/or Year 13, and you don’t have the said student’s Octopus card, kindly first make the payment, in cash or cheque, at the Finance Office, the staff there will issue a receipt to you, which you can bring to the ‘White House’ to collect the yearbook copy.
