Election of a Parent Member to the Sha Tin College School Council

Dear Parents/Guardian,

I am writing to inform you that three candidates have been nominated for election for the Parent Member vacancy on the Sha Tin College School Council. Each of the nominated parents has prepared a brief Personal Statement for your information. From 12 noon on Wednesday Sept 9th you are invited to take part in the e-voting process by following these steps.

1. Log-in to Gateway where you will see the hyperlinks to access the “Simply Voting” system.
One hyperlink will be provided for each individual parent/guardian.

2. After you have entered the e-voting system, “Simply Voting”, you will be able to view the candidate Personal Statements and then vote for your preferred candidate by checking the box on the online ballot paper.

Each individual parent/guardian may vote by filling in the online ballot paper. Each individual parent/guardian can only vote once, even if there is more than one child in the same school.

The e-voting system will close at 12 noon on Thursday 17th September 2020.

Please note that this voting system is provided by an external company, “Simply Voting”, who will NOT be able to access any of your personal information.
