Classes Online Jan 4th – Jan 8th

Dear Parents/Guardians, Students and Staff

I hope you have all enjoyed the holidays and that you got to spend some time outdoors in the beautiful weather.  As we ring in a new calendar year for 2021 tonight I wanted to write to give you an update on our return to school plans for next week Jan 4th – Jan 8th.

As you will be aware, EDB have postponed the resumption of face-to-face classes until Jan 11th at the earliest.  As such classes for all year levels will be online for next week using the timetable we have been using in recent weeks. Zoom and calendar links remain unchanged.

We are optimistic about being able to go ahead as planned the week of Jan 11th with our Year 13 Mock Exams. With schools allowed to have students on site for a maximum of a half day we will be reviewing the Mock Examination timetable to ensure it complies with these regulations. Ms. Fagan VP Curriculum will be in touch later next week about any possible changes to the published schedule for our Year 13 families.

With lots of reasons to be hopeful that 2021 will be a better year I wish you all prosperous and healthy 2021.  We look forward to welcoming all our students back to online classes bright and early on Monday Jan 4th!
