Arrangements for Wednesday 16th Jan. Period 5 and Friday 18th Jan.

Dear Parents and Guardians,

Hopefully you have the evening of 18th January pencilled into your calendars and you will be joining us for our Night Fair.

To support the PTSA and our site staff with set-up for the Night Fair we have decided to swop our usual Wednesday afternoon arrangements to Friday. What that means is that next Wednesday 16th January we will run Friday’s period 5 lesson and students will leave school at 3:20pm instead of the usual 2:20pm. Subsequently, on Friday 18th January students will be leaving school at 2:20pm, allowing our site team more time to complete set-up for the Night Fair.

We apologise for the late notification of this arrangement and understand that some students may have made some prior arrangements on Wednesday 16th January. Please ask your child to speak to their Section Administrator Ms. Chan, Ms. Lau or Mrs.Hoang if they are unable to attend their Wedesnady period 5 lesson.
