Arrangements for Wednesday 5th Feb. & Friday 7th Feb. Period 5

Dear Parents/Guardians, Students and Staff,

Hopefully you have the evening of 7th February pencilled into your calendars and you will be joining us for our Night Fair.

To support the PTSA and our site staff with set-up for the Night Fair we have decided to swap our usual Wednesday afternoon arrangements to Friday. What that means is on Wednesday 5th February we will run Friday’s period 5 lesson and students will leave school at 3:20pm instead of the usual 2:20pm. Subsequently, on Friday 7th February students will be leaving school at 2:20pm, allowing our site team more time to complete set-up for the Night Fair.

Please ask your child to speak to their Section Administrator if they are unable to attend their Wednesday period 5 lesson.
