Year 12 Parents’ Consultation Evening Bookings via Gateway
Dear Parents and Guardians,
You are invited to attend the Year 12 parent – teacher consultation evening on Tuesday 22nd January 2019, where you will have the opportunity to meet and consult with teaching staff to discuss your son/daughter’s progress.
Appointments this year will be made by parents through the Gateway online booking system.
Beginning Tuesday 15th January 10.00am, you can make appointments to see your child’s teachers via the Parent Consultation module in the Gateway.
The booking system will close at 4pm on Friday 18th January 2019. Please refer to the following link for instruction on how to make appointments.
You are advised to bring the confirmed appointment listing with you on Tuesday 22nd January 2019. This can be printed via Gateway.

There will be detailed floor plans and teacher seating plans at Reception and along the corridor on the 2/F indicating the locations of all subject teachers on the day. Please refer to them for your scheduled appointments.
I would be grateful if you could bear this in mind when making your appointments as you may need more time in between appointments to move around teachers and locations.
Please note that our Careers and Higher Education team are available for individual consultations on a one-to-one basis. Please make bookings with Mr. David Stott or Ms. Gigi Lam as available in the booking system.
