MidYIS Test Individual Pupil Record

Dear Parents / Carers,

As you will know, in the second week of school, your child took their MidYIS test. You will receive the results of the test in the post this week.  Below you can find an online presentation which explains MidYIS and how it can support your child’s learning.

How do we use the information?

MidYIS is one method that helps teachers get to know your child’s strengths and areas for development. This information will be added to teacher professional judgement, observations and assessments. Our aim is to ensure your child is happy and successful at school and later in their adult and professional life.
