Health Appointment Letter

Dear Parents and Guardians,

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that we have received the appointment times from the Sha Tin Student Health Service Centre for the annual health checks.

If you sent us the Student Health Form earlier this year, we will be sending your child’s appointment letter home, via your child’s Tutor, during the next few days.

Appointments start in July.   Please take the appointment letter with you when you take your child for his/her check-up.  If you have any questions, please call the Sha Tin Student Health Centre at 2609-3461 or 2609-5591.
