Sha Tin Student Health Centre Appointment Letter

The purpose of this letter is to let you know that we have received the appointment times from the Sha Tin Student Health Service Centre for the annual health checks.  If you sent in the ‘Student Health Form’ in the last term, we will be sending your child’s appointment letter via your child’s tutor in the next few days.

Please take the appointment letter with you when you take your child for his/her check-up.  Appointments start in July.   If you have any questions, please call the Sha Tin Student Health Centre at 2609-3461 or 2609-5591.
