PTSA School Bus Application for Aug 2016 – Jan 2017 (Deadline 12th Aug 2016)
Dear Parents/Guardians,
If you would like your child (children) to join the PTSA school bus service for the first half year (Aug 2016 – Jan 2017), please download the attached application form, complete it and send it to the PTSA Office on or before 12th Aug 2016. The bus routes and fees are also attached for your reference. Priority will be given to those students who have paid the bus fees.
Due to the policy of the bus service provider, we have taken the decision to adjust the bus fees by charging on a whole-month basis instead of half-month. The adjustment will be effective on 1st August 2016.
Please be aware that the school bus service will be started on Tuesday 16th Aug 2016.
