Year 12 Parents’ Consultation Evening bookings via Gateway

Dear Parents/Guardians
You are invited to attend the Year 12 parent – teacher consultation evening, where you will have the opportunity to meet and consult with teaching staff to discuss your son/daughter’s progress.
Appointments this year will be made by parents through the Gateway online booking system.
Beginning Friday 29th January 12.00pm, you can make appointments to see your children’s teachers via the Parent Consultation module in the Gateway.
The booking system will close at 4:pm on Friday 5th February 2016. Please refer to the following link for instruction on how to make appointments.

You are advised to bring the confirmed appointment listing with you on Tuesday 18th February 2016. This can be printed via Gateway.

Please note that this year the consultations will be taking place in the classrooms along the third floor corridor, the Senior School Centre and the Library and Learning Centre. A map will be provided on the evening showing the locations of all the teachers.
I would be grateful if you could bear this in mind when making your appointments as you may need more time in between appointments to move around teachers and locations.
